Web subscriptions are slightly cheaper because Apple charges a 30% platform fee. Your Pro features work the same regardless of where you subscribe.
Free tier limits
When you hit a free tier limit, you'll see a prompt to upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted — you just can't create new items beyond the limit until you upgrade or free up space.
- Projects — You can have up to 5 active projects. Archive a project to free up a slot.
- Tasks — Up to 250 active tasks across all projects. Completed tasks don't count toward the limit.
- API keys — Up to 2 API keys for connecting AI agents.
- Rules — Up to 5 active rules.
- Activity history — Activity entries older than 7 days are hidden (not deleted). Upgrade to Pro to see your full history.
Subscribing
Web
- Sign in at web.taskjunky.app
- Go to Settings
- Click Upgrade to Pro
- Complete checkout via Stripe
iOS
- Open the TaskJunky app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Upgrade to Pro
- Complete purchase through the App Store
Managing your subscription
- Web — Go to Settings and click Manage Subscription to access the Stripe customer portal. You can change plans, update payment methods, or cancel.
- iOS — Go to Settings and tap Manage Subscription to access your App Store subscription settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro features until then.
